I approached Angie asking for personal training. I came to Angie with a tall order - becoming stronger and more energetic, and feeling mentally and physically younger than my actual age. She took the time to hear about my day to day routine, needs, expectations and not so strong points. Angie has not only made my goals seem completely attainable, but she has truly motivated me to challenge myself and persevere through the mental blocks. I love my PT sessions with Angie, the routines include balance, functional training and a combination of multiple moves and muscle groups on each exercise so they are always challenging and interesting.
